Looking For The Answer
Today, I want to talk about emptiness and when we find ourselves at our lowest most undefinable believe in our life. It is viewed through some on the outside that the Christian experience hasn't any such blemishes, that we never walk through any type of storms or destruction, our life is total calmness away from the infections of cruelty the world injects. All of these beliefs can't be far from the truth, this is the Christian experience, that believing in what I know, I put my trust in God, that no matter the situation or consequences God is going to bring me out, faith and prayer as my keys to the open door of peace, through this life in Christ I will rise above my enemies, strengthened to do more through Christ who strengthens me, that in this purpose and mission the Christian experience will mold me into all that He wants me to illuminate through the fruits of the Spirit. It is in the Christian experience that the believer takes his anchor which is Christ, placing it deep into the walls of his soul, his spirit for there flows a healing fountain to nourish and give the believer bread and water. Didn't Jesus say, "Come!" with all your troubles, with all your weariness the world has placed on you and I will give you rest, feed and clothe you. In this Christian experience the joy to recognize Him in the storm is what keeps us anchored in Him, not laying false hope that the world will fix it and make it right but that Christ the Creator of All has the power to move and remove your situation, in this compassionate partaking gives the Lord his chance to show those empty, those struggling with depression and those weary from life's storm that He is one who calms the storms.
Psalm 95:3-7 For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker, for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care.
